2023 Alberta Cup: Day One Recap

RED DEER – Thursday saw the first five games of the 2023 Alberta Cup!

After five games, Alberta Green sits atop the standings after upping Alberta Blue 1-0 and posting a 6-2 win over Alberta Black to end the day.

Posting their first win of the day, Alberta Gold overcame Alberta Black 4-1. Later, Alberta Blue evened their record with a 6-3 win over Alberta Gold.

In the 2 P.M. matinee game, Alberta Grey claimed the win over Alberta Red with a score of 4-2.

Alberta Gold and Alberta Red will meet at 9 A.M. on Friday morning to kick off day two of action at the Gary W. Harris Canada Games Centre in Red Deer.
